Returns & Refund Policy
We accept returns on unused containers within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original factory condition with all original hardware.
For custom conversions, a full refund is only possible if the work is completed to our exact specifications and the project is cancelled before any modifications are made.
Once a container is converted or used for a specific purpose, it is considered final sale. No refunds will be issued for used containers or containers that have been modified.
All returned containers must be cleaned and sanitized to our industrial standards before being processed for a credit note or refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned container. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
